How to win public contracts
A public contract with an EU institution or member state can represent a major business opportunity for small and medium enterprises. However, SMEs currently do not use this opportunity to its full potential. The international EuroProc project aims to change this.
The Upper Silesian Regional Development Agency Co. (GARR SA ) is the only Polish representative involved in this three-year project. The project brings together 11 partners sharing practical experiences in order to enable more SMEs to overcome information barriers and compete for public contracts. The project involves seminars, coursesor partner organization employees, and study visits.
