Racibórz, greenfield located near Cecylii and Nad Koleją Streets |
The investment area includes sites No. 146, 145, 144, 23, 45/5, 46/1, 46/2, 47/3, 47/4, 48, 137, 141/2, 143/1, 143/2, 143/3 (ark.25) of the total area 15.5 ha. The area is located in the city of Racibórz near Cecylii and Nad Koleją Streets. Some of the sites are located on reclaimed area of former dump.
Railway line: Rybnik – Katowice, Kędzierzyn – Wrocław and Chałupki - Ostrava (Czech Republic) is adjacent to the area.
According to prepared in 2002 geotechnical study craftsman can locate their businesses on the following sites No. 144, 145, 146 and party on the sites No.141/2, 46/2, 137, 47/4, 48 as on reclaimed area of former dump (11 ha) chemical gases are still leaking from the ground. Final accessibility for construction of all kinds of buildings will be determined after geological researches that will be implemented in near future. |
